A Stunning New Addition to the Downtown Toronto Skyline

As the Peter and Adelaide Condominium project is still in the pre-construction phase, the builders have only released a limited amount of information about it. The following details have been confirmed:

Peter & Adelaide Condos will be located at 350 Adelaide Street West. The development will include two tall, slender high-rise towers atop a geometric, six-storey podium base. The podium level will also preserve and incorporate elements of a heritage property currently located at the intersection, and will have two levels dedicated to retail space.

To connect the two buildings, the architects made a bold choice by creating a sculpted metallic core design element, which will house shared elevators. This core element will soar into the sky above the project’s taller tower – an innovative feature that will make Peter & Adelaide Condos one of downtown Toronto’s most instantly recognizable residential buildings.

As for the buildings themselves, the shorter tower will include 39 storeys, while the taller tower will house 50 storeys. The property will feature a total of 899 residential units, with floorplans and sizing breakdowns as follows:

  • 83 studio units
  • 493 one-bedroom and one-bedroom + den units
  • 280 two-bedroom and two-bedroom + den units
  • 43 three-bedroom units

In total, Peter & Adelaide Condos will have nearly 662,000 square feet of total floor area, including more than 603,000 square feet of gross residential floor space. The underground parking garage will feature 225 parking spots. On-site amenities have not yet been confirmed, but insiders are predicting a state-of- the-art suite of luxuries, conveniences, and community features.
